The laws in the United States were not conceived of or written into law to address the savage misbehavior of Blacks flash mobs or gangs of illegal invaders. The Founding Fathers had no way of knowing that their descendants would allow the third-world miscreants to take over. However, the existing laws can be interpreted in such a way to address these kinds of misbehavior. For example, consider the right to a speedy trial. To that end, I've been proposing the idea of Mobile Court Units (MCUs) operated under the existing criminal justice system. When rash outbreaks of violent crime erupts, such MCUs would quickly deploy to the crime scene and (a) make mass apprehensions of all perpetrators, (b) collect all physical evidence, and (c) take eyewitness statements for people in the area as well as the victims. Then, while en route to a local police processing station, trials would be expedited in the trailer-courtroom of the tractor-trailer and the evidence reviewed by a judge and jury. The primary idea behind the MCU concept involves cases where the evidence of guilt is overwhelming and beyond a shadow of a doubt, which is obviously far beyond the legally-required reasonable doubt. Such evidence would include the perpetrator laughing into a video as he shoots a defenseless pregnant woman in the head, kicks her as she dies, then looks into the camera and says, "capped dat White beeotch! lol!!!" What further evidence is needed? For those found guilty, they would be escorted into a subterranean gas chamber and put down, en masse, as quickly as possible. The time between a homicidal rampage and the execution of the perp(s) should be measured in hours, not decades. At any point during the proceedings, if reasonable doubt emerges, such cases would be remanded to the slower traditional court system for processing and action, as stipulated under the law. Otherwise, crimes that would warrant capital punishment must include forcible rape, violent assault (unprovoked), homicide (unprovoked), armed robbery, pedophilia, and home invasions (unprovoked). All of these crimes are considered violent. The MCUs should operate around the clock until such problems as violent Black flash mobs are permanently stamped out. Until that day arrives, gas all perps as quickly and routinely as possible, around the clock. I'm completely serious. -ng- Oh, and if a few White punks want to beat a defenseless elderly Black man and drag him to death behind a pickup truck, an MCU should pick them up, try them, and gas them too.
