Show me an advertisement for a drug that is not approved. It has to get Govt approval first is what I know. After that, how it is sold is what free market is. But the drug's approval indicates it is safe to use and that comes first. And even every batch of drugs need to meet that approval. ER does not treat colds. Bringing that up is irrelevant to this discussion. I know of folks with minor ailments who have been turned away from ER. We have had the slowest growth rate of yearly premiums over the past two years. That should say something about Obamacare. John Vosilla, I think it was, who posted that he received a cheque from his insurance company because of the new regulations of Obamacare.
