It is horrible. Biden is rude, fake, lying and Ryan is letting him get away with it! Raddetz is, of course, letting Biden go on and on.

I'm listening to it on radio, but the moderator is allowing Biden to interrupt with constant jabs every time a salient point is made by Ryan -- to intentionally defuse or de-emphasize its importance.

Ryan, unfortunately, is looking pretty weak by letting Biden run him over like this. You can't politely rebut Joe; it just eggs him on.
