What $20B bailout by the IMF? It will be closer to $60B! And Samsung will dump DRAMs and SRAMs regardless of the bailout. Hopefully, they'll also reduce production as they dump, but even that's not guaranteed. You're correct about the cut-throat commodity business. Micron's Steve Appleton has already complained about Korean dumping of memory chips. Eventually, and I do mean eventually, supply and demand will come closer to equilibrium. Then the idiot analysts will recommend a higher price, and TJ will get his $17. It's a tough world, and I've worked at Cypress. They'll manage. Just be patient and grow vegetables in case it takes a while. Good luck. Sam
