Larry,

Why would you do that a couple of weeks before a huge fund distribution? That makes no sense. You're going to pay gobs of taxes on a dividend, Short term, and long term distribution coming from appreciation you didn't participate in. Although I don't have a figure right now, I would guess that the distribution they will take will be at least $3.00/share. I would get the date from fidelity when they expect to distribute and make sure you're out at least 1 day before that time.
