Cheryl,

Thanks for getting some verification on the Revenue vs Profit figures. It will be interesting to see where the discrepency occurred.

Yes 1.7 vs 1.9 is impossible unless they deferred the majority of the cost of doing business and I know they wouldn't do that because it's illegal.

And yes the CEO and President should know those figures. Like the back of his/her hand.

Regards,

HG

I called co. today but they were moving and referred me to Robert at World Vision. He said he wasn't told 3rd & 4th qrtr sales data. I suggested he find out since he'll be getting more calls & he agreed. 1st & 2nd qrtr revenues were $4,155,000., and EPS was based on 19,000,000 shares.

I bought today but still wondering about high earnings to revenues compared to competition. I'm cynical I guess and of course until audited financials are released the price is at a discount for cynical investors. On the upside, if it is all as announced, and they get listed, because of the growth industry this is they could see a 25 to 35 X EPS multiplier like their bigger competitiors.

Hi Cheryl, in regards to >>I should be able to get clarification on the information that you posted, probably later today or tomorrow morning.<<

Were you able to confirm the revenue and income numbers with Ira today and where the discrepency might have been?

Also I am assuming that a portion of the additional capital that Westcott raised went toward the acquistion that was mentioned here

biz.yahoo.com

Did Ira happen to mention or does someone else know how much the acqusition cost the shareholders since It appears that the financing was raised through the additional stock.

Since the capital was raised after the 3rd quarter, the per share figure would not have included the additional shares. Some one posted the actual income and shares as released and it was calculated on the 1.2+ income and 19+ million shares( sorry didn't have the post # handy).

With the additional 5 million shares in the 4th quarter and the company stating that the 4th quarter is the slowest quarter, how are they going to earn .09? Sorry guess I'm clueless. Willing to learn though, its an ever ending process for me. Could someone please explain this to me?

In reading my post it appears to me that some people might think I have an axe to grind with this company. Since this is not the case, this will be my last post on this thread.
