They're two of the boring talking heads at pMSNBC. Mika co-hosts a morning show with Joe Scarborough. Her father was Carter's Sec'y of State - that administration's failed foreign policy led to Ronald Reagan's victory. Rachel is, well..she appeals to the butch female crowd:) and moderates one of the lamest evening shows on tv today. Both of them have a frosty demeanor - Cruella is the evil woman who steals all the puppies in famous kiddie story - 101 Dalmatians:) info.msnbc.com
