No one accused anyone of anything. He may or may not be an innocent bystander. There's a difference between accusation and speculation. You're right when you say the bouncing ball went nowhere. I may be right if I add yet to the end of your sentence. Unless someone with authority decides to look into it, the truth may never be known except by the poster and the person who leaked the SAIC report to that person, unless they're one and the same.
