That's a ridiculous statement. Romney was assertive but not rude. In fact, I'm not sure there was a single "interruption" of the nature of the Biden rudeness.

Biden interrupted Ryan more than 80 times. The moderator interrupted more than 30 and asked 9 pointed questions directed at Ryan versus 1 at Biden.

And still, Ryan won or at least tied the debate.
