Your first five are already involved in the Caspian region. Mobil is more interested in the Sea itself, as others are. There is a wide opinion that alot of crude and gas resides under the water. I think you will see someone that isn't in this region be a partner. With the Hunt's already somewhat invloved in the form of a loan, they are top of the list. I quess you could say it was good faith money. I also see companies like Marathon or OXY being involved, IMO.
