Ridiculous? Hardly. Every major economist who doesn't swing on the right's mythical branches has said there is little if any correlation. And that goes for the austerity-is-good-for-recession myth as well. Even the IMF has discredited that one. The jig is up, o wise one.........bean counters don't make for competent economists. Just be glad your not on the talk circuit...........people would be laughing at you like they do Gillespie. ;)
