Well, RW. These things take time to play out. There were also people calling the real estate bubble in 2005 all the way to 2008 and those people were considered crazy. My dad told me to go to cash in 2007 and I thought he was crazy as well.

So do what you want. All of this sounds crazy...until it isn't. All I'd advise is user your common sense. Does printing money sound like a solution that will work to you? Does it address the root causes? And if you don't think it will, then what will happen to stock and bonds if those root causes flare up again in unanticipated ways? If you can answer those questions to yourself with satisfaction that you are reasonably correct, then you can then determine how best to invest your hard earned savings.
