I suppose it is possible that he is a serial victim. Unfortunately that happens often and I'm not sure why. If you look at the investors who were in USSE/SSTP by looking at the message boards, there are a number who are also invested in JBII. It's the exact same pyrolysis story, played out to a SEC fraud suit and misc. other seemingly unrelated lawsuits, the constant unexplained delays while always being 'on the cusp' of massive profits in the wake of 'amazing' progress, etc..., etc.... I suspect those investors think SSTP was just a fluke and that there can't possibly be two identical scams.

There are actually a few of those double victims for whom I feel sorry. They seem genuine and aren't pumping the stock trying to get others to invest. Snow comes to mind--I think he's learned a lot since SSTP, but unfortunately I think he might also ride JBII to it's eventual demise.
