Here's the way they do it in Montana. Believe it or not, this is an animal pass for deer, elk, bear, or whatever. I have yet to see an animal on it and I've been through it a number of times. However, it did create a lot of jobs, not the least of which is jobs studying the efficacy of the bridge. It was built in 2006. It is walking distance to the "Buck Snort Casino" so there must be something to it. No, really!
