ALYD?, funny DATEK says the company doesn't exist. I see it though on Yahoo. Very encouraging! I hope TPRO get's margined soon. I have another play I want to jump into. Not ready to divulge till I finished my DD. Don't want to hype anything and all that stuff.

In any case, is there a price point were a stock becomes easier to get approval? What is the criteria for marginability?

insider... Do not look for NMS listing until January. I have dealt with the NASD in the past and a month to them is NEVER a month. I feel that you are right about the move in the stock after listing just not in 97 IMHO.
