I'd agree that stupidity should have a higher weighting than scamming. Hopefully we can get a nice database on these guys w/ this thread so that if they ever slide their way into another company, we'll be aware of their past frauds and idiocy.

Well it looks like Ben Barker of Datarace may be doing the same thing. Datarace possesses a unique technology in the remote access field but this year the stock has gone from over $20 to its new 52 week low of $4 as of today. Barker bet on selling his idea to Fortune 500 companies not realizing they were not about to buy a new unproven technology from an unknown little company they hadn't even heard of. Now the company may be on the right track by signing big name resellers like Data General and Inacom but the question is whether the company will even survive to see the product accepted. Any CEO who takes a company from a market cap of over 100 million down to 20 million surely deserves a few votes.
