I'm still holding. Here's why:
The stock qualifies for NASDAQ National market listing. It is currently listed in the small caps.
The sector is red hot.
The merger was good for both companies.
The IR/PR firm that is eventually hired will call attention to this stock.
There is no institutional following at this time. I believe that this a ground floor opportunity, so I'm willing to wait.
