Dr. Link,

Although I've posted several negative comments in regards to Checkers operations I do believe they have enormious potential if capable management takes the reins.

The art deco design of their stores is very appealing and the food is above average. The big problem is the slow inefficent service which has become the trademark of their stores. Perhaps managements may have cut the operating budget to deep in it's attempt to become profitable.
Whatever the problem I hope in can be resolved soon. We don't need any more stock dilution to help refinance debt.

Dr. Link,

Stopped in at my local Checkers today and was pleased to see that the service had improved considerably. It took only eight minutes to receive my order which was a vast improvement considering I was the sixth vehicle in my line. Both drive- thru's were open and business was brisk at 2:30 P.M.. The menu selection has improved.
The food was excellent and the person taking my order could actually speak English.
The floor inside the store was a mess, food and wrapper everywhere. This is a real turn-off as well as a health issue.
New management appears to be making progress. Now if they can only turn a profit
