Really? You are going to call your fellow Americans who have a difference of opinion with you on how to run this country, the most despicable people? That's a very extreme position, that borders on hostility and violence. That's right. There is a lot of hostility towards Rs these days. They have demeaned the current president and his family in ways no other president and his family has had to endure. Racism has not only returned to the public discourse but Rs have begun to enjoy its expression. Rs have stonewalled Congress if an effort to prevent the economy's recovery for the sole purpose of keeping Obama a one term president. Rs views on women are third world and don't belong in this century...........I could go on with a long list of legitimate complaints......but apparently they don't matter to you. As for violence, that's still the GOP's purview.............just this past week, an Obama office in Denver was fired upon. This shit happens far too often and usually there is an R or a winger behind the gun. I reject that attitude. This country is great, because we can have differing opinions and still be one country. This open warfare between the parties must stop. It's your kind of attitude that makes me think of those people in the Middle East when they see a cartoon of the Prohpet Mohammed and then run out and kill people. That level of hatred is fundamentally wrong. You can't allow yourself to get caught up in that level of hatred or anything approaching it. Calm down. No. You need to wake up. This is not your daddy's country. Things have changed dramatically in the last 20 years. This AM Gallup did a report..........only one region of this country supports Romney in regional totality...........and that support is +22. Huh? +22%?! That's frigging crazy......and it means if Romney wins in November, only one region will be happy about it. Also, I find yours and other people's fascination with where I live unfathomable. Why do you care? Why does it make any difference? So I like my privacy. We all do. That's what these threads are for. Anonymous posts. If I wanted my identity to be known, I wouldn't be using an alias. So please just accept that. If you can't, then that must be a problem for you, given that the Internet is comprised largely of anonymous activity. I want to know how you got so screwed up in your perceptions.
