The overwhelming amount of the bad loans were written by companies that were not covered by things like the CRA.

Irrelevant....it was this poor policy affecting CRA covered institutions which created a market for this product.....The overwhelming majority of those loans written by non-covered institutions were sold to covered institutions.....including Fannie and Freddie.

You should abide by the old adage that it is better to keep your mouth shut and be thought a fool then to open your mouth and remove all doubt.....dumbass.
