Yes, IMO you made a VERY good investment with those LEAPS. I bought some more the following Monday. But couldn't buy as many as I wanted.

If Hank had gotten his wish and DELL had gone (goes) to $60, he would still only make 66% (?40/60?) I suspect your LEAPs are going to deliver well over 200%--with low long-term capital gains rates as a bonus (Wait--you bought the 99s, didn't you? Don't know what the cap gains rate on 14 Months will be).

Big one day Jumps tend to happen in stocks in down trends. It is not a surprise when a stock rallies to much in one day to suck in the "Johnny come lately" bunch. 20 years ago or 10 years ago I would fall for this and probably buy the next day, only to get burnt!
Been their and done that.................

Dell has now rallied back to it's 50 day moving average with no volume,,,,,What to do????????????
