Voila!!! This is major league news. CCSI is going from the minor leagues to the big leagues in one fell swoop. Having a firm like Lehman Bros. and Fred Frank, in particular team up with CCSI, is the stuff that dreams are made of. Most of you know my regard for Darby and her leadership of CCSI, but now we have a Mr. Darby. I learned a long time ago in the risk arbitrage business, that when it became obvious that the values were going to be realized, that was when you pressed your bet. From today's announcement, it is obvious that we are going to have our dreams realized, perhaps in a much bigger way than we ever dreamed. In this instance you add 1 +1, Darby and Frank, and come up with 3 or 4. That is the new math. According to people on Wall Street, Lehman Bros, and Fred Frank, in particular, are major league rainmakers in the deal business, whether it be mergers, or licensing deals. They get paid after we get paid. Structuring the best deal for shareholders is in their best interest, and we in turn gain the biggest benefits. Now, the only question is Who?,When?,How much? Who cares, it is going to happen, and when it does, we can all sit back and say we knew it all along! If you remember from the conference call Darby said the hard part was in negotitaing the best deal for her shareholders, and now with Fred Frank as her partner, we can be assured that we will be seeing the best structure for the company. Another very important key, is that Fred Frank's expertise is in many areas, medical, cosmetic, retail, etc,,,, so all of the values are going to be realized, and remember that the medical is less than 50% of the business. A lot of questions have been asked, when are we going to get outside sponsorship. Well, if this announcement doesn't make people sit up and notice, then this indeed is a very tought business. Portfolio managers are going to say to themselves, why is Frank and Lehman getting involved with CCSI, unless they really do have the goods. This is like having the winning lottery ticket, but they haven't called your number yet, but they WILL.
