Just discussing the idea, maybe it makes sense for capital gains taxes to be zero, I don't know, but it's a hard sell to Joe voter.

On the other hand, It would be interesting to know what the average passive income amount is for those with AGI below $200,000. If its no longer taxable income under Romney's proposal, maybe voters would approve.
