RGFX closed @ 5 3/8, -1/4, Bid 5 3/8 x Ask 5 5/8 ..Vol..37.6K ENCD was off today also. Spoke with Jan Mahoney, RGFX IR about Zacks estimates: Consensus Estimate for Current Fiscal Year ( 12/97 ) $ 0.33 per share Consensus Estimate for Next Fiscal Year ( 12/98 ) $ 0.54 per share RGFX has earned 0.32 through the first three quarters, and the estimate Zacks shows for this quarter is 0.10--RGFX's estimate is still at 0.13 as far as I know. Consensus Estimate for Current Quarter ( 12/97 ) $ 0.10 per share She attributes the difference to the analysts assuming a tax rate of 35% and thus they discount the amount RGFX will earn this year (0.42 to 0.45) down to 0.33--still doesn't seem right to me as the amount earned in the first nine months, 0.31, is after the allowance for taxes. Need to straighten out the analysts. Sales in the UK have picked back up and RGFX is on track with their sales for this quarter--"everything is going according to plan."
