Tried your recipe this weekend and it was fantastic!

They only had yellow, orange and green peppers in my local store. I had shopped earlier that day in Canada where they had some beautiful red ones (and, frankly, much nicer yellow and orange) but, alas, peppers are not allowed to cross the border. So I substituted the green for the red.

Didn't realize they sold a reduction sauce. I made my own, having no clue how really. It reduced a bit and could probably have used another little while on the stove but the peppers and onions were ready so had to use it. Even if the reduction was wrong...it all worked out great and was a big hit.

I will keep an eye out for the balsamic reduction sauce, or try to perfect my own reduction, and will definitely use this recipe time and time again.

Yumm.
