Glen -- Don't get excited about one oil company decreasing their budget. There are hundreds of oil companies. Is this a big one? A small one? Does it operate offshore or land? Is the part of the budget being reduced related to lease acquisition or exploitation? There are many reasons a company would reduce the budget. Budgets go up and down for many, many reasons. Sit tight. I have proclaimed today, Dec. 1, as the bottom. (Thean, wherever you are, please note this date in your charts and draw some of your funny pictures starting with these prices.)
