MD....The dress manufacturers aren't making dresses any longer this year.....Look at Glamour or Vogue and for heaven's sake, People and US magazines.....The newest, latest, greatest thing, is making dresses by designer Betsey Johnson look sane......

In my High School it was Clem Corona, the Assistant Principal who took on that duty. He'd do it in the hall where all could look on. Can't imagine that happening in this day and age.
