I assure you that when A Ops Center gets such a serious report, there is a Flash Report System that disseminates that with bells, whistles and sparklers to ALCON!! (All Concerned) That is one major function of such an Operations Center. That report had to scream around relevent Federal Agency Op Centers in minutes, not hours and never days!! First failure in that is cause for firings. So the Administration new immediately. Conversley we have gross malfeasance and incompetence to a grand scale. An the boss needs to be fired. Ooops, looks like that is happening with Obama!
