They need to let the bankrupt go bankrupt and wipe out the bad investment and related debt. Greenspan did that back in the savings and loan bubble and we recovered relatively quickly.

If you don't have your own super pac your bad investments from the bubble wiped out your equity years ago now only a question of whether the lender has reflected this on their balance sheet yet.

Recall the recovery time period from 1990-94 was so lethargic and such a far cry from the Reagan 1983-87 boom that it cost both parties in the 1992 and 1994 elections
