all i can say is demand for the shares in the market place was stifled by the offering.. With the trial upcoming the company had to financially prepare for any contingency. I understand that...And yes if time was on dino's side it may have been better to allow the news to percolate into the market place... whats done is done ...the company needed to raise some money.. as long as the company isn't driving down dilutionary lane indefinitely we may be ok...
