We are getting very close to last October's peak. Tech stocks didn't make a bottom last year before mid November. The risk reward in the market is very poor right now. Prices are too high and yields are too low in most places. Higher yields in technology is rapidly turning into a value bubble.

What we really need is some consolidation in technology.

MU & AMD would be a good match

HPQ and Dell would be a good match

MSFT and NOK would be a good match

Look at last October's bottom in the dollar. We are getting very close to a nice buy signal again on the dollar heading into November.

I'm voting most of my positions back into cash right now.
