That's why the joke about binders shouldn't overtake the issue, which is that he was forced to look for women to appoint, and he didn't have them in his business, where there was no pressure. That's not an issue for women in terms of his church, but an issue that is pervasive throughout govt, regardless of who is in charge. It's only somewhat better in the Dem party, and then because of pressure. The binders thing is a joke now, the issue that it points to is real.
