Arch, Laurens and All, I spent some time this weekend and read through every post from the beginning. No, I'm not recommending that everyone do that, but it was very interesting. Everything that is happening today was mentioned at some point. I would suggest that a review of posts 36,37,145,146, and 147 are in order for those that may not have read them. Laurens it looks as if you may be right in your speculation of trouble and maybe we were a tad hard on you a couple of weeks ago, but I'm still not blaming Kostech totally. We did not have to buy this stock and if anyone did based solely on the Kostech recommendation then that is their problem. My concern is that Kostech has not given us, in my opinion, timely updates on a stock that is already in the dump. Here we are Dec 1, and still no filing. I believe that we have a right as shareholders to some honest answers. How, other than phone calls can we get them? Any ideas? Please don't suggest waiting for the financials. Each life has only so many days and I don't know if Ihave that many left. It absolutely appalls me that a company could be in such blatant disregard of the very people that are supporting it. There are companies smaller than this one that consider shareholder communication a vital link to their success. How do we overcome this? Obviously the Leaders??(sic)do not consider us important. I find that unconscionable. NASDAQ up 30+ Umsi down .03 only .23 to go. Arch, I'm just venting too. But is that all we can do? Maybe it is! Regards, HG

True Laurens, they did recommend the stock, and on this one, thus far they have been wrong, wrong, wrong in spades. But, and this is a big butt, they also recommended ABTX, and it has gone from 2 to as high as 11 5/8, now at 10 3/16. This one has made my day, week, month, and soon to be year a real fun ride. We can't win them all, but UMSI has really ticked me off with the way the company and its management has handled the shareholders. They have treated us like a fresh, smelly, pile of dog droppings, and that is what makes me want to plant my 13's in their exits.($#$%^%%^&%^ deleated) Kostech is still OK I guess, UMSI is hard to take. Win some, lose some, life goes on friends. I just wish the head man was honest with us, the truth sets you free. Hang tough Laurens, Hraka, HG, Dan, and Art C., MAYBE SOMETHING REAL GOOD MIGHT HAPPEN SOON.....Archie
