There is a difference between a good opportunity for gains and waiting for the once in a few years setup for maximum gains. No problem if that is your goal. That would be the best way to play the odds. It also requires one to sit on the sideline for extended periods of time. I am trying to look at much more of the market and play/trade in areas that are currently working, while watching those areas that are weak but starting to look attractive. The press is helping in this. Making weak areas even weaker to the point where there is a tremendous amount of negativity built into certain sectors.
