The first mREIT to report Q3 had a large increase in book value, from $13.50 to $14.45.

CYS is now paying around 43 cents per Q, with most recent book value of $14.45 and a share price of $13.30.

That's a pretty good entry point for anyone interested in buying into the mREIT sector. About a 12% expected yield and a 6% discount to book value. That sounds pretty good unless the whole sector is going to somehow just blow up :-)

AMNF quietly trading over $1 at the moment. Looking at a three-year chart that's an all-time high.
