RCP has Romney ahead in some of the polls, tied in others. But those are popular vote polls. fivethirtyeight.com is the most reliable source for predicting who will win. Nate Silver has Obama's probability of winning pretty high. It's because the electoral path to victory is very difficult for Romney. It wouldn't surprise me at all if Romney won the popular vote, but lost the electoral college.
