No, Romney hasn't. However, Romney has advocated getting rid of Bernanke, most vociferously and wants to replace him with someone more Volcker-like, such as Taylor. That's a darned good start, because it will lead to stabilizing the currency, which will eliminate many of the symptoms of malaise we see in the economy.

I was going to write Ron Paul in, until Romney chose Paul Ryan and then decided he would not reappointe Bernanke. That is why I decided to vote for Romney. This election is so close, I had to weigh voting on principal for Ron Paul, versus helping Romney to strike a blow for monetary reform by getting rid of Bernanke. So I chose the latter.
