Ask any so called fiscally responsible right winger what percentage of the growth in our national debt since Clinton left office was due to the buildup of the MIC, fraudulent wars, Bush tax cuts to folks at the top who didn't need it and phony housing/credit bubbles to fuel artificial consumer demand for short term gain that collapsed our economy and almost lead to great depression 2. The misallocations of capital to grow our economy post 9/11 when we were all patriotically behind the party that controlled everything yet fleeced us at every turn was a sight to behold when we look back
