Yeah.. that's how I see it. Sure hope the EC does not come into play this time... If it's a repeat of Gore/Bush, the EC will be tossed out. There is a State bill going round that would mandate EC vote w/ the winning popular vote based on the national outcome. It has state support for 170 EC votes now.. it needs 260+ I think This simplifies removal of the EC by avoiding a Con. Amendment.
