Dear Toothfairy: Your post certainly is food for thought and brings to light something I did not know. However I have focused on Management which to everything I can learn is STERLING. (99.9% pure) What has impressed me from the very beginning is that Mr. Jenkins ALWAYS follows up Press Releases with EXACT filings with the SEC on form 8-k. I can assure you that if there was FLUFF in those press releases they would NOT be filing them with SEC. It raises their exposure tremendously. Now that we have this information you have supplied I think it would be a good idea for someone close to Jenkins to breach this subject with him and see what his response is. There is no doubt in my mind that if anyone with any potential for decision making is in the the background and unsavory it will slow up tremendously things such as NMS listing etc. JDN
