Hi Rick. ISSI has made a couple of more recent purchases than the one you mentioned. The acquisitions were partially funded by their cash flow but a healthy chunk came from their retained earnings. The PE estimate going forward is higher than the current PE. So I assumed that the acquisitions were not accretive. Otherwise, their financials do look attractive.

The estimates going further may change as ISSI has been providing guidance only one q ahead at a time.
