Dear Crossy - hope you ve a good weekend. Yes, the street seems to start the santa claus rally a tad early. Hopefully, the bear took the thanksgiving and therefore the bull would take the x'mas <g>

Your portfolio seems to be doing well, despite today most people were bottomfishing large caps and blue chips (for window dressing?)

Talking about asian problems, HKT was doubly pumped last Fri on NBR and then Wall $treet week.

I hope so too (re: NAZ joining the party) Even our cautious Zeev has become optrimistic (on either Cymi or Mohan thread.) Of course, now I said it, things may take a different turn.

rgds Bosco

Hi Crossy and All~A STRONG regional southeast company, NRL, was hammered by a downgrade on Nov. 24, and today announced their earnings early to compensate. At 25 level now, this is a 35 company, and poss. 40. Might be a nice opportunity. I am considering March 25 calls at $2. Maybe some of you experts could weigh in?

I'll have to nominate PLAB for November's Option Trader's award. What a performance. Volatility Hall of Fame. Too bad split ex. is tomorrow. It deserves a rest.

Thanks,

Rick

Hi Crossy~ Do you think the market has managed to turn ASND's prospects into pate, or is there any spark of life by April? I know that I don't usually ask for an outlook longer than a day, but Steve thinks I should liquidate my March bullspread position and get back into anything with better prospects.

You know how Bosco and I have bad habit of hanging on to go down with the ship. Just can't help ourselves.

Thanks,

Rick
