Its deflation for now.In a debt based economy the loss of wealth from falling bond prices puts out the sparks of inflation when they appear.Brazil and Argentina began inflation with little debt.My question is what happens if the government buys all the debt so the public will not feel the pain of falling bonds.I think Japan is the canary in the coal mine for us in the USSA I will also listen when I hear Gary Shilling,Mish or M Pettis say inflation
