Its important to note that during the past 4 years, Obama has grown his GOTV organization...............there are many more offices in the swing states than there were in 2008. I think they anticipated what 2012 would be like. As I read your last sentence, my first thought was: "Clinton is the explainer in chief" and "Obama will be campaigner in chief" with whom D's will consult with for decades to come. I don't know of any other modern politician that's been able to squeeze out as many voters from a district as he has...do you?
