Hello Judy.

I would feel more bullish if we got better breadth and volume
on NAZ. That said, the markets were very strong all day. Some major
resistances are taken out...50 ema of NDX and COMPX, 20ema of SOX.
Indicex are OB now, let's watch the volume on pullbacks tomorrow.
I didn't do anything today and am still holding AMAT puts.
The chance for bears is Friday's emplyment number...

CSCO...yes blocks are buying at this level. QCOM ... block MF
was flat and inactive. IOM ... some selling at the beginning then
some buying. MSFT continues to run w/o block support.

>> Damn these splits in stocks, my charts are all messed up. <<
Yep, especially those 3 for 2 splits. Even good ol' eyeballscan't handle that.

Later.

Judy,

Just noticed the sudden surge of ALTR & XLNX, esp XLNX, during the later part of today. Only 2 chip makers that posted extraordinary gains. In general, chip makers fared better than equipment makers.
interesting.
