What a great news release this afternoon. The fact that CSMA is in a JV with Pickens and co. is now just that----a fact. I don't think Pickens would be involved if this was not a winner. The fact that this is a old field does not make this a negitive. Lots of big oil companies picked up and left fields for different reasons in the 50's and 60's. The biggest reason was to move overseas. They also ran into some problems that at the time were a finacial negative. New technology has made going back into these sites profitable. One of the biggest problems back in the 50's and 60's was salt water intrusion. This problem can now be handled with 1990's technology. It is being done everyday. I think everyone should go back and re-read the news release. The info that came out today could be one of the reasons for the price increase we have seen the past few weeks.
