I had my sell in at 8.5 during the time when this should have sold. It was 1000 shares and if my broker isn't hosing me someone else is.

Last week we had some strong up movement on volume. Unless there is some news
out there that the general market doesnot have yet I would venture that
this may be an effort on part of the MMs to shake loose some shares for
whatever purpose. To cover shorts, to build some inventory, and so on.

The investor circuit is doing the tour of the DDs this week. Naxos will be
on display on Thursday, December 4. Since Naxos needs to raise a significant
amount of financing, it would make good sense for Naxos and the potential investor
to have any good news released after 12/4.

If something good is going to happen you want to be long as a MM, and not only that
you like to own a bunch. With the kind of volume we have seen in recent weeks
that may have been a difficult task, so what is easier than to create some
doubts among those who have something to lose now?

But then, maybe it is HL going for the endplay!
