VIX is back to levels where it can go lower too. Market doesn't want to see the 15 level on the VIX go away just yet, so the spike to 17.70 the past couple days gives the market some room to run.

FED meeting on Wednesday will hopefully go unnoticed. I expect the market wants to hear more about QE, but I suspect the FED will hold off on further comments until after the election. If the 10 year yield snaps 1.87% after the FED meeting, things could start moving very nicely again.
