Tomorrow is a biggie as well. Apple has decorated the theater where it will reveal iPad mini, which reportedly will be used by many schools around the country. So, tomorrow is the appetizer and Thursday is the main course. Get ready for a nice dinner!

Still down to $634 from $700, or a 10% decrease, just a month ago. Now I'm aware of how risky it is to assert that Apple may have a quarter that misses expectations or even if they make it, they lower forward guidance. That's really risky, because Apple is such a freaking powerhouse that they very well may do well even in a terrible macro situation. My house is full of Apple products. I'm well aware of how addicted the world is to Apple products.

But let me put it this way. If Apple misses or even if they make earnings, if they lower future guidance, then that will be the final proof that the world economy is just not well and that we're in a contraction. It will be hard for all of you to dispute that fact, if this possibility comes true on Thursday. But if they meet or beat and don't lower guidance, then I wouldn't be too surprised either. As I said, it's an amazing company with amazing products.
