Shivu, I'd sell calls at resistance when a stock falters. For CSCO I was expecting a run-up to 90-92 before hitting resistance (as posted in the previous referenced link.) Today CSCO entered my target area on huge volume but has not faltered yet. Now I'll watch it for selling calls.

The logic is the following when one is bullish on a stock ... sell puts before the anticipated run-up and sell calls at resistance to complete a short straddle where the sum of the prems gives one enough protection to ride out most of the duration.

Re: COMS and BAY ... part of COMS surge may be due to a technical bounce as well as a good reception. BAY did not sell off nearly as much and is under accumulation, you may see the effects closer to expiry.
